The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the main drag of a lively neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from and it's walking distance from the subway. The adjoining storefront offers great amenities, with a beautiful store below and the staff is helpful and nice. Free parking is available on streets nearby, which is a bonus. In the room, the bed is very comfortable and the room feels like home with its cozy decor. The bathroom, although with a few issues like the door not closing properly and the light not working, was still functional. the hotel provides a comfortable stay with convenient facilities.
The hotel lacks a proper reception area or front desk, which can be inconvenient for guests trying to check-in or get assistance, especially during non-working hours.

Great and unbeatable location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Wicker Park district was worth visiting. Our room was lovely and cozy with goose down pillows and the staff were excellent. The decor here was nice.

This hotel is fantastic and has everything you need or want. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with a stove, fridge, sink, and a bunch of miscellaneous pots and pans. The staff are prompt and excellent, displaying a high level of attentiveness. The location is excellent and slightly cheaper than other options in the area.
The shower takes a little bit to heat up but is fine once up to temperature.
